Campaign Monitor is seeking a Director of Growth & Performance Marketing to set the strategy, execution, and on-going optimization of our paid media channels across the CM Group portfolio of brands. The Director of Growth & Performance Marketing will also lead an experienced team responsible for SEO strategy across individual brands as well as the overarching portfolio strategy. We are looking for a highly analytical marketing leader with a deep expertise in planning, buying, executing, and optimizing marketing investment strategies.



  • Lead development of audience and channel contact strategies which align to Brand calendars and objectives
  • Manage agency selection and relationships ensuring optimized execution and alignment with overall marketing strategy
  • Drive efficient execution of campaigns and measurement of results to ensure pipeline and brand goals are met
  • Execute & Optimize paid marketing media efforts across the portfolio of brands
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of the audience (similar and differing) across the CM Group portfolio in order to personalize communication and experience through best available channels
  • Own the SEO strategy for each brand and cross-brand strategy
  • Partner across teams to ensure messaging and creative is accurately planned, audiences identified and budgets set for paid media channels
  • Partner with Brand, Product, Analytics and other teams to understand, share, and incorporate insights into future strategy and execution



  • 8+ years of experience managing multi-channel marketing tactics in B2B SaaS, digital, or Agency environments
  • 4+ years building, leading, coaching, mentoring and growing high performing team members
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L
  • Prior experience partnering with analytics teams to develop and act on insights and analytics
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams delivering results that drive the business forward
  • Experience building and executing the marketing acquisition strategy for all size businesses from enterprise to SMB
  • Demonstrated prior experience managing agency relationships while developing/guiding execution of digital marketing strategy
  • Fluency in SEM, SEO, Display, Programmatic & Paid social with deep specializations
  • Experience managing acquisition-focused campaigns across a variety of business verticals and brands
  • Experience managing and optimizing bid strategies for SEM Brand, SEM Non-Brand, Paid Social, and Display channels
