Campaign Monitor is seeking an analytics minded Manager of Paid Media to help grow revenue through planning and execution of media campaigns across multiple digital media channels. This is an exciting opportunity to help develop and execute innovative marketing strategies in a high growth organization. The Manager of Paid Media will be responsible for ensuring that all of our paid media campaigns are executed correctly, optimized, and delivering expected results. We are looking for a marketer who enjoys developing high level strategies in addition to daily optimizations of spend.



  • Manage and continuously optimize LTV:CAC across all digital channels including but not limited to paid search, display, programmatic, paid social, and more
  • Partner with digital agencies to build, execute, and optimize the paid media strategy
  • Perform keyword research and identify new trends in digital marketing for profitable growth
  • Plan optimization and testing tactics to increase conversion and improve KPIs. Generate data-driven hypotheses for improving performance, execute media tests, and iterate on marketing campaigns. Develop creative concepts, potential areas of growth, and messaging strategy
  • Daily maintenance, A/B Testing and optimization of digital campaigns to maximize revenue and provide insights for campaign direction
  • Assist with planning and optimizing paid media campaigns across a variety of channels
  • Develop new and creative growth strategies
  • Partner across teams to develop engaging content, create converting landing pages, and optimize user experience and conversion



  • Proven expertise and knowledge of paid media and the interplay with organic channels
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred
  • 3 plus years executing growth focused marketing campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility quickly and maintain strong relationships across teams
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, marketing metrics, and best practices
  • Preferred experience optimizing paid media budgets across a portfolio of brands
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing bid strategies for SEM Brand, SEM Non-Brand, Paid Social, and Display channels
  • Experience optimizing digital campaigns through testing and insights in partnership with analytics and testing teams
